GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Pass to commanding officers, executive officers, senior
enlisted Leaders, administrative officers, personnel officers, command
career counselors, and disbursing officers.  This message targets personnel,
administrative, disbursing, transaction service centers, and regional
support centers regarding current personnel and pay issues for both active and
reserve personnel.
2.  The purpose of this message is to announce the expiration extension of
the URL redirect for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Navy Pay
and Personnel System (NP2), and Officer Promotion Administrative System
(OPAS) from 30 Jun 2023 to 31 Jul 2023.
     a.  April 30, 2023 software upgrade release 1.4.27.3 to NSIPS completed
the implementation of shifting the function of the Cloud Access Point (CAP)
from Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) to the Defense
Information Systems Agency (DISA) CAP to align enterprise cloud environment with
Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology (IT) policies and efficiency
initiatives. 
    b.  The three URLs listed below have changed. If you have not
bookmarked them yet, please take a moment and bookmark them now.
NSIPS changed to www.nsips.cloud.navy.mil/mypolicy, NP2 changed to
www.np2.cloud.navy.mil/mypolicy, and OPAS changed to
www.opas.cloud.navy.mil/mypolicy.
    c.  31 Jul 2023 the old URLs will be shutdown.
